utlined below are our general terms and conditions for entering a contract for Hand-Fast to design and supply your wedding stationery. Whilst we have tried to make them as simple and as easy to understand as possible, please contact us with any queries.
Hand-Fast Wedding Stationery will be referred to as 'the Seller' and the client will be referred to as 'the Buyer' throughout. By ordering any goods or services from the Seller, including those supplied free of charge, the Buyer will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

Quotations
|
The Seller gives all quotations on condition that the Seller shall not be bound until it has communicated its written acceptance of the Buyer’s order.
|
| Variation |
The Seller reserves the right to vary any price stated, even if by way of written acceptance of the Buyer’s order, in the event that the Buyer’s order subsequently varies and/or expenses are incurred by the Seller that could not have been reasonably foreseen.

| Payment |
50% of the total cost of the goods ordered shall be invoiced before the invitations are dispatched. The final amount is due before the Buyer takes receipt of the remaining goods. If payment is not received by an agreed date then the Seller may suspend or cancel future deliveries.

| Ownership |
The design of the goods or services provided, even in the initial sample stages, shall remain the property of the Seller. The design of the goods provided shall not be reproduced or otherwise incorporated, either in whole, or part, before payment has been received or written consent given.
|
| Returns |
The Buyer must report any damaged goods at the first opportunity to the Seller. The Seller shall replace the goods if they are deemed defective.
|
| Delivery |
If no time for delivery is specified, the Buyer shall be bound to accept the goods or services when they are ready by the seller.
|
| Cancellation |
Following written acceptance of the Buyer’s order, any cancellation will incur any accrued costs for any materials used and services undertaken up to the date of cancellation, including those provided free of charge prior to acceptance of order. The seller retains ownership and copyright of the design of the goods, which shall not be reproduced or otherwise incorporated, either in whole, or part.
