and-fast are driven to minimise our impact on the environment, in local, national and global terms.

Throughout our design and manufacturing process, we attempt to source the most environmentally sound products, using efficient production techniques and processing any necessary waste responsibly.

hand-fast seeks to prevent pollution through a continual process designed to identify, evaluate and wherever possible, reduce the environmental impact of our operations on the environment.

We make a conscious effort to source materials from manufacturers and suppliers who can certify that the origin of the product meets the highest environmental standards and requirements, processed and transported using ethically and environmentally aware techniques. Card and paper for both our wedding stationery and our own administrative requirements are either 100% recycled, sourced from sustainable sources and managed forest schemes, or a mixture of both.

Waste production will be reduced wherever possible and where it is unavoidable, will be evaluated for its re-use or recycling potential, from conventional recycling, composting to fuel for heating our premises.
